After trying lots of things to help me lose weight, I started Revamp.

After the first week I couldn't believe how my body had changed. After the first month I was very happy, not only had I lost the weight I wanted to, but I'd dropped two dress sizes.

I learnt to love exercise and eating clean, and now I am at a healthy, happy weight, and most importantly, I'm maintaining it. It's all down to the help from Max and the Revamp project.

I'm so glad I signed up to do it and would highly recommend it to anyone of any size and fitness level. It's made me look at the way I eat and has made me a lot more fitter and active.
