Classes to suit all abilities

For some people, working out in public can be daunting. With our specially designed classes you won’t have to worry as everyone follows the same routine. Many of our clients return due to the fun aspect we instil into all of our workout classes, whether it be strength training or cardio circuits.

From weight loss to muscle definition, our classes can be tailored to your specific goals. We keep our classes small enough to focus on individuals but large enough to keep that team spirit and encouragement needed to get fit fast.

    Don’t worry, our spin tone class won’t leave you feeling dizzy. Designed to give you the best of both worlds, featuring both 30 mins spinning and 30 mins weights.     A total body work out to challenge and condition the muscles using a variety of equipment and methods. This class will bring weight training and body sculpting exercises to the studio in a group format, all exercises will be modified to accommodate all fitness levels – be prepared to work all of your muscles!

    Indoor cycling in a group format performed on stationary bikes, where you tackle hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great internal workout.
